How long shipping takes from my order?

Sayuri Japan products are shipping from Sayuri Japan logistic warehouse in Japan and Hong Kong.
What is a process of refund?
For product refund, customer should apply a refund to our customer center through email([email protected]) or send us a message, with refund format below, after that, our customer center will see what we can do, and will notice you a process through email.
